This is the best interview I've ever had because it was focused on real-world problems. Instead of designing an abstract pie-in-the-sky system, they asked about a real project I've worked on, zooming in on details just to bring up interesting areas of discussion.
The coding exercise was actually a debugging & refactoring exercise, which is much more realistic than what most companies do.
The interviewers were very open and upfront about the challenges they and the company face.
Also, I can vouch firsthand that when you don't know an answer to a technical question, saying "I don't know, but my best guess is..." doesn't cost you the job.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2+ months. I interviewed at ServiceNow (New York, NY) in Aug 2022
Interview
12 Interviews over 2.5 months. Then they ghosted me. Unreal for a company like this to be this unprofessional. Truly baffling and whoever is running the recruiting org should be ashamed of themselves
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at ServiceNow (San Francisco, CA) in Jun 2022
Interview
Although I didn't get the role, I had a very pleasant application process with them. The scheduling was very organized and systematic, and they gave me feedback right away. They also give you a guide on what to expect on the next stages.
