Interview
I have never experienced such rudeness and unprofessionalism in an interview. The typical questions were asked, but when I asked how the position became open, the recruiter said, "I never understand why people ask that question. What information are you trying to get by asking that question?" I thought that was an extremely odd and unprofessional response. I mean, it's my question, and I'll ask it if I want to. Then, when I asked what the entire recruitment process looks like, she responded with, "Again, I have no idea what you're trying to learn about this position with that question." At that point I knew that this wasn't the company for me. If they aren't even open to these basic questions, they aren't a company interested in transparency. Not my kind of organization.
