Glassdoor users rated their interview experience at ServiceNow as 100% positive with a difficulty rating score of 2 out of 5 (where 5 is the highest level of difficulty). Candidates interviewing for ServiceNow Technical Consultant and rated their interviews as the hardest, whereas interviews for ServiceNow Technical Consultant and roles were rated as the easiest.
They put me through FOUR rounds of interviews lasting well over a month just to reject me via their ATS automated messaging system. No explanation. It wasn’t even sent by the person i interview with. Very tacky and unprofessional company.

The interview process was absolutely rubbish and unprofessional! There were rounds scheduled US times and the interviewer does not show up. (Do respect the candidate times too! it is not to be taken for granted) When the interview started I clearly mentioned to them by expectations and also talked about I servicing notice already and did mention the offer at hand and also for the reason to be looking for another! after going through 5 rounds and they assuring that an offer is on the way, They make me wait for 2 days and then hire internal. The worst part is they did not want to release an offer for a matter of 2 lakhs! ( They did provide me an offer which was pretty much the same what I did have at that time. Which person in their sane mind would accept this?)

Screening call with HR. Followed by Zoom call hiring manager, senior android developer and person not introduced. Most of conversation was with person who was not introduced. He was the least qualified to interview, he was not prepared for me and did not know how to interview.
