Overall, very bad experience. After the recruiter call, I was told to prep for an interview with the hiring manager. When the Zoom started, it was a totally different person, with no warning or introduction. The first question the new person asked was "Do you know what you're interviewing for".
After this really uncomfortable start to an interview, I did not prepare to speak to, I did not hear back from the recruiter. It was over 8 days after my interview, I finally followed up with the Recruiter for any feedback or to close the loop. If I did not reach out, would they have ever followed up?

30 minute screening call with HR. The interviewer was 10 minutes late for the call, it's as if the person had forgotten there was an interview set up. This was very off putting as I was given the impression that I was not a serious canditate for the role. They were very forceful in wanting to know my current annual bonus (and salary). I asked for feedback on my interview and I have not recieved any acknowledgement back. I wasn't impressed with the exchange I had with this company. It's a pity as I had heard great things.
