They scheduled me for a presentation round with the hiring manager and two other org. leaders. Delayed other work to create the presentation but a few days before the meeting they requested to reschedule the meeting due to conflicts (no big deal- we all have challenging schedules). Provided recruiter future availability, didn't receive a response so I proactively updated availability for later dates. Recruiter responded that the hiring manager was OOO for those dates so she would need to get back to me. And then I never heard from the recruiter again. Ghosted by the company after failure to reschedule a meeting for the presentation round, post prep, for a leadership position. So incredibly unprofessional.

Interview
Spoke with hiring manager. Later I got a python assessment to refine code. After that I got a request to schedule virtual onsite interview which consists of 3 rounds. First is behavioral, culture fit along with devops fundamentals, In the second round I was tested on linux fundamental including kernel related, os related and on chef. Coding skills are tested in the last round.

Interview process is good & challenging. Interviewers are well prepared & check out the reasoning for the questions asked. I was not prepared for the same so couldn't make it ahead.
