The total lack of respect required to ask someone to spend three days proving their competence and then never follow up is mind blowing. Great product but the people are garbage.

Interview
First stage was over zoom with some code sharing environment. All the questions and tasks were pretty straightforward and relevant. Then was in person 3-round office meeting room with variable seniority panels over whiteboard and laptops. Some of the tasks were basic algorithms, some more about outlining particular problem solutions.

mostly they will concentrate on Ds and algos. once that was cleared we had system design and managerial round. one good thing is interviewer will give enough comfort instead of actual solution they will look for approach whether its right or wrong doesn't matter
