I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at ServiceNow
Interview
I applied online through LinkedIn and was reached out to by a Coordinator to schedule an interview with a senior designer on the team. The next step was to interview with the hiring design manager to go over your projects. I didn't get past this stage so I don't know what would be after that.
A thing to note is that the recruiter will never speak to you directly. No screening was done and I found out I was declined through the Jobvite portal.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Please expect to attend this meeting via video and be ready to share your screen and present 1-2 projects that best showcase your experience and skills. Please note that this does not entail you doing a walkthrough of your portfolio/website, but 1-2 specific design projects from end to end.
The process took 1 week. I interviewed at ServiceNow (Sunnyvale, CA) in May 2020
Interview
This review is specially for the recruiting team.
Their internal recruiting team really need to work on their recruiting process. This is the worst recruiting team I have ever worked with. First of all, they didn’t have phone screening which is fine ( I understand each company has different process). But the biggest problem is the recruiting team never bother to walk me through the hiring process and reply back my email about all the questions I had! Of course, they also didn’t bother to get back to me after I had the initial interview with the hiring manager.

Hiring manager: what’s your strength as a designer?
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at ServiceNow (Amsterdã) in Oct 2019
Interview
After applying via LI I've got a call from recruiter. It was a pleasant conversation and she sent me a codility test. I passed it easily and waited for the next step.
After a week I received an email that another candidate accepted offer and position is filled. They told that next year new positions will be opened and I can continue from the moment when we stopped. Which is absolutely fine.
Next year came, new positions were open. I sent an application, email and private message to them and got complete silence everywhere.
Not sure what does that mean. Maybe they are not interested in myself. But why not to say that?
