Please have the courtesy to reply back if the position is closed or if a person is rejected. Not everyone might meet your expectations, at least be professional to get back to the interviewee. My interview went very well, but I haven't heard back from the hiring manager. Even after getting back to him once in a week for over a period of a month.
I had an extremely negative experience with the company. They scheduled me to come on site for an interview and then told me to go home twice. No advanced communication about the changes until I came onsite. Then later they gave me a quick call saying that I was not on top of their candidate list and there will be no interview whatsoever. Very unprofessional and disrespectful of the candidates and their time and effort to prep for the interview.

Premier entretien téléphonique puis entretien enchaîné avec responsables des chefs de projets puis de l'equipe de delivery d'environ 1h30 au total.
Exercices à préparer puis a presenter au team leader de la BU.
Cordial et constructif. Très bonne structure et perspectives à priori.
Première proposition informelle reçue par téléphone du responsable EMEA du delivery.
En attente d'une proposition finale de la RH.
