Interview
Online Asessment first. The questions were a little bit difficult. After one week, got my first onsite interview of 1 hour with a team member. Then after another week, meet with two managers and a staff engineer. Then I was noticed to wait for the final decision. There is no then. The company and interviews made me feel very comfortable.

Interview
The one negative thing I have to say about the interview process was that the Hiring Manager wasn't forthcoming about the must-have skills for the role. He asked me to come in to the office for an onsite interview after the phone screen, and at that time was told I lacked a skill that was critical to the role. I was honest about my experience and abilities during the initial conversation and was invited onsite anyways. The complete disregard for everyone's valuable time speaks volumes of his poor professionalism.
