Interview
Technical screening and onsite interview felt similar to others in the industry. Some interviewers were good and some were not so good. I have received my rejection email the day of my onsite interview.
I applied online. I interviewed at ServiceNow (Santa Clara, CA) in Oct 2015
Interview
Phone screen followed by onsite interviews with hiring manager, Product Management, and BU leader. Total interview time (including phone screen) was less than 3 hours. Extremely efficient process with key stakeholders, no wasted time with team members who don't actually have any say in the decision. Great people who answered questions candidly.
Come prepared to ask lots of questions about both the role as well as what will be required for the product to be successful.
