My interview for the Principal Enterprise Architect role at ServiceNow consisted of six comprehensive rounds focused on practical problem-solving rather than theoretical knowledge. What impressed me most was ServiceNow's emphasis on real-world scenarios and business impact rather than technical trivia.
A three-tiered interview involves a manager in the first round, technical in the second, and higher management in the third. The people were clear and consistent throughout the interview process.
