Nice and short! Three interviews in total, with a final one including a panel of directors. The whole process took only 2 weeks to get an offer. It is one of the best interviewing processes I have been part of.

Background and CSM experience are the most asked for.
These guys are known for advertising roles externally which are already earmarked for internal promotions. It's incredibly frustrating and inconsiderate to put candidates through multiple rounds of interviews when you already know that a role is going to an internal member. I've heard the same frustration expressed from peers who have also interviewed here and been through the same thing. Extremely inconsiderate, a waste of time, effort and false hope in such a tough, competitive market.
