Interview
The recruitment process with this company was frustrating from start to finish. The recruiter was unresponsive, provided little context for the multiple rounds of interviews, and seemed disinterested in addressing questions or concerns.
After enduring the drawn-out process, the offer came in at the midpoint of the salary range, with no flexibility despite a counter. Shockingly, there was no sign-on bonus, and the RSU and performance bonus package were surprisingly low for a Director-level role.
Overall, the experience reflected a lack of investment in attracting top talent, leaving a lot to be desired.

Interview
There is a round with HR followed by talking to a staff designer. If that goes well, you will get an invite to present your portfolio to a panel. But even after all the rounds, you don't know if you went through with it unless you follow up. It did take a couple of months to finish the process.
