Glassdoor users rated their interview experience at ServiceNow as 100% positive with a difficulty rating score of 2 out of 5 (where 5 is the highest level of difficulty). Candidates interviewing for ServiceNow Technical Consultant and rated their interviews as the hardest, whereas interviews for ServiceNow Technical Consultant and roles were rated as the easiest.
There was one behavioral part which was pretty standard; asked about my resume and about group conflicts. The other part was the technical with three engineers where we worked on one non-leetcode style question.
Smooth interview process. Spoke one time and then had a few email exchanges. Was waiting to hear back, but then saw on LinkedIn that my contact was let go and looking for a new opportunity
After speaking with the hiring manager, the recruiter never informed me that I was not moving on to the next round. I could assume based on the fact that I did not hear from her, but it's still extremely unprofessional, and simply rude, to not respond to my follow-up emails. The hiring manager was also 5 minutes late to our 30-minute call and she didn't offer to give me additional time. It made me feel like my time wasn't valuable. Even if she had decided at that moment that she did not want to move forward with me, she could at least be considerate of my time. It left a really poor impression of the company and how they treat their candidates.
