I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at ServiceNow in Aug 2024
Interview
Interviews were fine. Took around 2 months for 4-5 interviews. Could have speeden up.
At the end, they called to ask compensation and offered a lower position (on call) . No official email. And they never came back.
They could have asked about the expectations at the start itself, and if not matching then time could have been saved of both the candidate and the interviewer.
