1st HR round explaining the JD and matching profile/ skillset. Next manager round, technical as well as strategic. This was followed by 1 peer review and 3 more technical rounds with engineering leads. Final round with hiring BU head for cultural match.

All rounds focused on in depth cyber security knowledge, experience and how one would collaborate with peers and cross team. The interviewers focused a lot on cultural fit as well as technical skills.
Final round with the hiring BU head was purely on conflict management at work, cultural fit etc.

Interview
The initial stages were awesome, the people department shared a bunch of material to prepare for the call and was quick to reply to my enquiries. However, when the interview day came, the last of three back to back interviewers asked very convoluted questions that felt ill-intentioned.
