I applied online. I interviewed at ServiceNow (Hyderābād)
Interview
This was four rounds, but I got rejected in the third (the technical managerial round). I couldn't understand why I got rejected, even though that was going well. But the interviewer wasn't mature enough to take the interview; she doesn't know how to take the interview (she was laughing with her colleagues and also busy with her work). She wasn't responding properly. Whatever she asked me, I gave her the perfect answer. But , simply, they are rejected. If the company goes through that interview session, they will get to know how the session was held. Why are these big companies doing this? Just playing with our brains and confidence levels. Please don't do this, please.and the recruiters are not responding when I am trying to get the detailed feedback(what's the reason)if I ll know the reason I ll change for the future.and I know noone will give response for it because they what they did with me.

Java codings, automation questions and manual questions
3 interviews - HR screening, hiring manager (with 3 managers), team coffee. The recruiter was absolutely unprofessional providing me with the wrong time for the interview so I ended up being alone in zoom call, while I took hours off from my current work for the interview. Never replied my questions about what to expect and what I can prepare. After the final interview none of my emails has been replied to. In two weeks I've got a standard reply sent to all candidates about not getting the position. Shame for the company.

Question 1
Bunch of general questions. How do I understand the job. How do I handle stress. Why am I looking for change.
Don't expect it to be easy - this is a smart team. They will ask about your technical experience and soft skills. I thought this was a good interview and the hiring team was attentive.
