Shopify Customer Success Guru interview questions

Interview process contained multiple tiers. The first part was very basic and related to yourself and work history. The second and third parts of the interview were more complicated and required a “customer experience” simulation to help you get a feel for the multi-tasking requirements of the job.

First interview was just a chat with an hr rep. 2nd interview was the gauntlet. I honestly didn’t prepare enough for it, it is a little tricky but if well prepared you will be fine
