Shopify Marketing interview questions

Step 1: Phone call with their recruitment staff. I had a 10 - 15 minute phone call with one of their recruitment staff. We had a very pleasant, conversational chat about me, where I grew up, why I want to work there, etc. Step 2: In person Interview After, the 1st phone interview, she emailed me back to pull me in for an in person interview. Again, it was conversational and pleasant. The thing that threw me off was that she asked the same questions that she asked me in the phone interview so I felt a little awkward essentially regurgitating what I had already said to her 2 days prior. Step 3: Was turned down for the job.
