Shopify Senior Project Manager interview questions

The interview process had several steps. First, screening with HR. After this quick screening, they will set a longer cultural fit interview. Then I had 3 interviews with different Senior/Lead PMs at Shopify, 2 being a practical exercise and 1 about my overall experience as a PM. I got to the final line, but I didn't get a offer as a Senior PM, just for a PM position.

I can totally confirm the negative experience submitted before me, especially the following aspects: - last minute call cancellation - super lame excuses you would never expect from a recruiter (I would not even use them in comms with my current team) - the interviewer does not pay attention during the call All in all really disappointing, but I guess I dodged a bullet by withdrawing my application half way.
