Started off fine. Recruiter call, Zoom with a co-founder, Zoom with a SalesForce admin there (who was great) then I got a call from the recruiter saying I was a front runner for the position and wanted me to have the next round as quickly as possible.
I then get told to prepare three things for the interview, which I did.
I present to the sales people (and the same co-founder) it goes well, at least I thought it did.
I then get a note from the recruiter saying that they have a couple of interviews they have to do as a formal procedure and they'll hear from me early next week. That was a month ago, and I've heard nothing. A trip to the job boards saw that it got reposted.
Sickening way to handle doing your business.
Absolute dumpster fire, just like its product. This company will make you go through rounds of interviews and capstone them with a big project, only to go silent and never follow up.
I consider this a blessing in disguise.
Hopefully this company does a better job delivering care boxes than it does delivering proper interview follow up.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Tell me about yourself; why do you want to work here
It was awful. They had me come to their office 3 different times and each time the next person who interviewed me acted like they had no idea who I was or why I was there. It felt so weird.
