I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at SnackNation (Culver City, CA) in Aug 2017
Interview
The interview process at SnackNation is very expedient and straightforward. They did a great job at scheduling interviews quickly, and were very honest and up-front about the role, the company, benefits, and the interview process.
Process consisted of 2 phone interviews (one with head of talent acquisition and one with manager of the department), 2 in-person interviews (one with manager and the VP of the department, one with the COO/President), and an online personality and skills test.
It was very obvious from everyone I talked with that culture is king at SnackNation, so hopefully the company culture is important to you, too. If it's not, it probably won't be a good fit.

Question 1
Why SnackNation? What will you contribute to SnackNation, and how could we contribute to your development?
I applied online. I interviewed at SnackNation (Culver City, CA) in Apr 2017
Interview
Initially you start off with submitting a Youtube video consisting of a few fun and easy questions. If you advance, you will set up a time to talk with both the manager and director of the department. Afterwards you will be asked to have in-person interviews with the VP of the department and then the COO if you move forward. Overall I would say it was a very relaxing and positive interview process.

Question 1
What makes you think you're amazing at Customer Success?
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at SnackNation in Sep 2016
Interview
Working with Ray, Brendan, Chelsie & Ryan at SnackNation was an truly amazing experience. I was living in New Jersey at the time and was able to connect with all team members through multiple Skype and phone interviews. Ray started out with my first Skype interview and he was a true professional. Asking me questions about my previous work experience, what types of clients I managed along with my knowledge of SnackNation. Shortly after interviewing with Ray, I heard back and moved onto a 30 minute phone interview with Brendan. Brendan who is now my direct manager, really wanted to know about both my personal and professional goals. From the little time I've been here at SnackNation you can really tell that both personal and professional growth comes from the top down.
After speaking with Brendan I moved along to interview with Chelsie, VP of Member Success. Chelsie and I had a Skype interview scheduled, but for some reason my computer wasn't functioning properly. As a result, we had an hour long phone interview where she asked me detailed questions about my current position, responsibilities, but also was able to ask some more personal questions about my career and future goals. I was very grateful that she took the time to speak with me via phone, and we reschedule a Skype interview for a week later. That Skype interview went very well, I believe we hit it off and really enjoyed learning about her management style.
The final step in the process was a Skype interview with Ryan the President & COO of the company. I was extremely impressed with the preparation and knowledge that Ryan brought to the table. He is a genuine person looking for talented individuals to join his team. I really enjoyed the conversation that I had with Ryan and was very happy to have been given the opportunity to speak with him for just about 45 minutes. After getting off the phone with Ryan, I knew SnackNation was the company for me.
Shortly after my interview with Ryan I received a call from Ray offering me a position at SnackNation, and I couldn't pass it up! I accepted that night and was so very happy, excited and grateful for such an amazing opportunity.
