Spectrum Account Executive interview questions

Knowledgeable management. Supportive and a non-competitive environment. It was one-on -one at first and then the interview was with three sales managers in the office. They asked questions about my previous sales expperience.

Pretty standard, very conversational. I feel like they were just testing my ability to hold a conversation, ask intelligent questions, and ability to present a certain level of confidence. I already had 10 years in the industry so my skillset wasn't the focal point, moreso my executive presence more than anything else. The product knowledge was already present, I was also already well connected.
