Was contacted by text from a recruiter to set up an interview. Responded and then set up next day phone interview. Recruiter asked basic questions to ensure I understood position and if I was still interested. Sent me an email to schedule a virtual interview with a manager.
Interview with manager was simple and I was made to feel comfortable. Basic customer service questions were asked.

Took a brief test that concentrated on computer skills and answering role questions. Than one on one interview with a supervisor. Overall if your good at customer service and have computer experience is not that diffucult

You did a phone interview. If you did well they had you come in for an interview. If you did well in that one too, you could be offered a job then or they would have you come in for a second interview
