Spectrum Business Analyst interview questions

Phone screen and then face-to-face interview. Phone screen was very high-level and face-to-face was more detailed. They had me draw a diagram using swim lanes on a white board. The hiring manager's Communication was poor.

Interview was very professional; met with director of department and then spoke briefly with VP. We talked quite a bit about job responsibilities and expectations for the role, and I was asked if I thought that sounded interesting to me. It did, and a few days later I was back in touch with HR to work out the offer and arrange for drug testing, etc.
