I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Spectrum (Culver City, CA) in Nov 2017
Interview
I was scheduled for an interview with ( can't name person or it will be removed but she was a C.U.Next. Tuesday), I arrived early, but she was 30 minutes late! As she walked up I saw she was mad. She was rolling her eyes and I thought great I have to overcome that. She open the door and. I went to greet her and shake her hand she just looked at me. I tried to ask her about her day, no response. She rolled her eyes the whole time and was clearly annoyed by me being there. I told her I know she was having a busy day. She managed to tell me (without looking at me)she had just got out of a meeting and I guess it didn't go so well. She than informed me, I would have to rescheduled. I was confused. I said ok and tried to shake her hand, she just looked at me like I was annoying her.
I walked back to my car trying to think if I had ever met her prior to this 'interview' because she treated me like I had done something to her. It was personal.
I had never been treated so bad in an interview. I feel sorry for anyone that has to work with her. She is a quality control specialist, so she monitors and rate the calls. If she has a bad day it must be . hell for the reps. Bottom line (name removed)is a C.U.Next. Tuesday and I hope she has a life long raging yeast infection
From that interaction I know that is not the place I want to work. Having to walk on eggshells for a little above min wage is not my thing
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Spectrum (Auburndale, FL) in Jun 2016
Interview
Had a phone interview with what appears to be an employment agency Bright House has outsourced recruiting to. Told me that they'd be sending me an assessment and to complete it ASAP as time is a factor. However, they didn't send the assessment for five days. I am guessing I did poorly (I thought I aced it to be honest.) They've never contacted me since, until today when I received an email that said "Dear [first name], an exciting Customer Retention position is available in auburndale!" I had been waiting for a response so this wasn't a very kind way to tell me I didn't get it, but it's alright. Everyone I spoke with was very nice and I overall enjoyed the interview. The "negative experience" rating only applies to the method in which they told me they were deciding to not hire me. Ah well, back to the drawing board. Good luck, fellow job hunters!
