I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Spectrum (Ontario, CA) in Mar 2019
Interview
Interview consisted of one on one with two separate people. Similar questions. First a regular interviewer then the actual hiring manager if you should pass the first interview. They also do a basic troubleshooting role play to see how you interact and how quickly you are to resolving an issue.

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Spectrum (Rancho Cucamonga, CA) in Sep 2018
Interview
Pretty straight forward. First part you go over your resume, work history and and experience. Then moves on to mock customer call. If you pass that another interviewer comes in asking the standard "describe a time" questions. After that another person will come and let you know if you get an offer

Question 1
describe a time you had a customer you had a difficult time understanding, and how you were able to resolve their issue
I applied in-person. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Spectrum (Lakeville, MN) in Jan 2014
Interview
Took a computer test that asked a lot of personality questions. There was a drug test, which is a terrible violation of a person's privacy.
The people I met with were very pleasant and easy to talk to. Very professional and kind. The facilities were nice. The job would have been interesting. Seemed like a nice place to work, I just would never work for a company who felt it was right to violate a person's privacy (collecting, sifting through, and analyzing the person's bodily fluids) to get a discount on insurance premiums. Common these days, but very un-American.
