Spectrum Customer Service Representative CSR interview questions

You first get a phone call interview, which is preliminary and they tell you about training the possible shifts that you might work and when you’re start day would be if you were considered and then they schedule you for a in person interview and you’ll be interviewed by at minimum two people

Fairly straightforward. It’s 2, but one is a screen and the other is with the department. Unsure if they’ve resumed drug testing so be aware. Not a bad company to work for but I didn’t last long due to personal issues
