I applied online. I interviewed at Spectrum (Indianapolis, IN) in Feb 2015
Interview
Very Brief, but to the point. Looked at resume, asked a few questions, but I caught on quick that they were looking for confident, out going personnel. Actually let me have control, or I took it, I really do not remember, but I talked a lot. I enjoyed meeting, and getting to know them as well. I asked questions, but not too many. All were related to the job. They smiled, and I'm not a real smile person, but they brought it out of me. I actually enjoyed the interview, and if I wasn't hired, I still liked the company and the interviewer. He was a character.
