Spectrum Dispatch interview questions

The interview was fairly quick. I was brought in an interviewed by two supervisors in the dispatch department. They asked a series of simple questions like, 'Why did you apply', Why do you think you will make a good fit'.. Really just basic interview questions that everyone should be used to while job hunting.

I applied online and then was invited to take the assessment test. I was then contacted by a recruiter and had a brief phone interview, I was invited to interview in person at the Van Nuys, Ca office. I missed my interview, thankfully I contacted the recruiter ahead of time to reschedule. I ended up having to go to the hiring event where they were hosting on-the-spot interviews. My interviewer was very personable and made me feel welcomed. The interview was detailed in how the company is run and how you can advance in your position.
