The interview process was quick they are always hiring because they have a high turn around retention rate for new employees and they are always gaining new companies and more customers. You will interview first by phone and it's a normal phone "name a time scenario" then go to a on site interview. I am told now they do group interviews but before you interviewed 1 on 1 with a supervisor and then with a manager. They hired me the day of and I went into HR to do a swab drug test.
