Interview
was simple process.
1. Recruiter reached out via email to schedule a video interview.
2. Confirmed appointment
3. During video interview they asked questions about customer service skills utilized in previous positions.
A. What was a time you went above and beyond the call of duty?
B. Explain a time you had to use multiple programs to be able to answer a question or complete a task?
C. Describe a time in which you had to follow a step by step protocol.
D. Describe a time when an coworker did not follow protocol. How did you handle that situation?
E. The interviewer acted as a customer to roll play a situation that happens for inbound sales i e customer calls upset that internet is not working how would you turn it into a sale?
It was pretty much run of the mill questions that you'd get from any other potential employers.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Spectrum (Morrisville, NC)

My interview was scheduled at 4; met with the interviewer talked; role played situations... typical interview for sales. It was an informative interview which lasted about 30-45 minutes

Interview
Spectrum holds a job fair almost every month if not every other month. You need to have a few things completed prior to arrival. The waiting process can vary depending on the number of people there. The managers are the ones who usually conduct interviews.
