The interview process (the first interview for the internship) was a behavioral interview about 20-30 minutes long where I was just asked about projects I'd worked on and certain applicable skills, such as using databases and excel.

Interview
I applied for a general news internship with Spectrum 1 SoCal. A week or so after I sent in my application, I was contacted by HR to do an "on-demand interview," essentially an video interview where you record your answers to questions. Was then contacted by the reporter who organized the internships to come in for an in-person interview. The second interview was very casual, more like she was trying to get to know me. I didn't get the job but I got a very nice call back and an email. Urged me to continue applying in the future and reach out for guidance if needed.
Pretty good. Recruiter is very nice. I think you should prepare some questions, like , your destination, your history and so on. Try to give some interesting ideas not just describe it.
