Hiring process was smooth, i had 1 phone interview and 2 in person interviews which were with a member of the HR team and also with 2 supervisors. On floor supervisors do most of the interview process which, in my opinion is a great process to let the supervisors do the interviewing to allow a close interaction with the management team early on in the process.

All the questions were bases on previous sales experience, if you have had no previous experience in sales, you might have a hard tome with the interview

Interview
Applied, and the one week later I got a call from the Recruiter. I had one interview with a Supervisor, then the next day was called back for an interview with the Center manager. It went great and I was offered the job on the spot!
