It was great right up until they ghosted me after 3 interviews! I had even had an initial call with a company recruiter. Least they could do is provide a courtesy response.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Spectrum (Walker, MI) in Sep 2015
Interview
I was sourced via an outside recruiter. I interviewed with the recruiter and then the hiring manager via phone, then was flown out a few weeks later for an on-site visit. There, I participated in a panel interview, and a couple 1:1 interviews. Following the on-site visit I waited about two months to hear concrete details and to be reimbursed for travel.
Overall a positive experience, but somewhat slow moving.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Some standard behavior interview questions (tell me about a time when...), and many culture, leadership and 'fit' type questions.
On the phone and then an in person interview. Very easy but the office was a bit chaotic. My Interview had an attitude as if she was Queen Bee. Then vibe in the office was not for me. You could tell people were miserable working there

Interview
The process has been very unprofessional! I was chosen to have a scheduled interview where I had to pick a time frame from the recruiters schedule. Her calendar said there were no times available. I reached out to let her know and I had no response back. I waited till the following day were I was able to look back at the calendar link and schedule some time. Long story short, I was never given a call for my scheduled interview. This is extremely rude an unprofessional especially since its for someone interviewing for an HR Director role. N.N should not be a National Recruiter for your company if she is already causing bad candidate experiences before you even hear about the role.
