By phone interview: 20 min call Questions: Some of the questions where in Spanish since its a bilingual position. received the call, they asked me if I were ready for the interview. about 12 questions, and at the end they tell you if you passed, and let you know about the next step in the process.

Questions: - Why are you interested in working for us? - How did you hear from us? -Why did you stop working on your last job? - Tell me about an experience at the job when you provided an excellent customer service to resolve an issue. - do you have experience in multitasking? tell me about it
Lengthy questions but all relevant to the job title. Recruiter was kind. If you have any prior CSR experience, you should be able to knock the interview out of the park.

Name a time you had to deal with a difficult customer
This process was almost scary at first because it was a group of us. It was so organized, some of us were sitting in one areas and others were in an another area interviewing. The ones that made it to the next round of the interview would be seated in an area and the ones that didn't were escorted out. The questions were fair.
