Interview
The first step for me was a phone interview with a recruiter. This took roughly a half hour and was relaxed and comfortable. When we were done I was informed that I was going to be scheduled for an in person interview. The in person interview was business casual and the environment warm and friendly. This portion took roughly 45 minutes and when we were finished she informed me there was one more person I needed to speak with. This portion was different for me personally and, in my opinion, set them above my previous employers. One of the floor managers came in to speak with me and his goal was to see if I would be a good fit.

Panel interview with 6 members of the team including management ( director level) personnel. Initial background question were ok. The requirements only asked for familiarity with Kubernetes not in depth administration.
