I applied through indeed and got an email 2 weeks later saying that they are interested in me and to apply through the spectrum website. After that I got email from a senior recruiter with who I scheduled a 30minute phone interview. When I passed that round I did a 1hr in person panel interview with the supervisor, manager and senior manager. Got the response one week later.
