Spectrum interview questions

Initial Phone Interview about job requirements and previous job history which seemed to go well. Was told I would be contacted via phone or email to be informed if an in person interview would be granted next. Two days later I got an automated email response stating "Thank you for your interest in Spectrum and our opening Customer Service Representative - $20/hr. – Internet/Voice – 329967BR. Currently, there are other applicants whose qualifications more closely align with our needs for this position, so we won't be moving you forward in the selection process. We encourage you to continue building your skills, and to visit jobs.spectrum.com to explore opportunities that better align with your background. " I am more than qualified for this job with my past experience and education. I am not what qualifications other applicants would have that make them more qualified and them encouraging me to "continue building my skills" is an insult. They need to give a more specific reason why you did not get an in person interview, especially since there are still open positions available.
