The process is virtual. All questions are behavior. Each question has 2 minutes to respond to. You can record every question many times. Overall the interview is not very hard.
2 step interview process for most entry level positions. Focus on overcoming an objection and not accepting the first no for a phone call. Very much a sales position even if the title states Retention. Heavy focus on Mobile service
This process was almost scary at first because it was a group of us. It was so organized, some of us were sitting in one areas and others were in an another area interviewing. The ones that made it to the next round of the interview would be seated in an area and the ones that didn't were escorted out. The questions were fair.
