I interviewed at St Pete, FL. A manager interviews you with standard questions along the lines of "tell me about your work history". If you pass the background check and drug test, and have any kind of customer service experience, you're hired.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Spectrum (New York, NY) in Oct 2022
Interview
Unprofessional and untimely recruiting. I received a call about two weeks after applying, which was excellent. However I missed the call, the recruiter left a message and I was able to return his call less than an hour later. Since he didn't answer I left him a detailed message. I never heard back. I called 3 days later and left another message and he never called me back. I continued calling, at different times of day on different days of the week for about 3 weeks and still no response. I thought it was odd, so I eventual gave up. Then about 4 weeks later I get a text message from the Sr. Recruiter asking me if I was still interested in the position. I told her yes. Then without any regard for my schedule and planning she said tomorrow is the last day for panel interviews. This was less than a 24 hour notice. This proved to be impossible for me to make since I just so happened to be caring for my infant who was ill and needed at least a few more days to recover. I had to decline. She then said that in the next 2 weeks they would have another round of interviews and that she'd reach out to me at that time to schedule. She never did. Worst experience that I've ever had. I would never work somewhere in which I'm an afterthoughts and where they never return phone calls. Very Unprofessional.
