This interview was another waste of time. The assistant manager took me back and told me this interview would take 20 to 30 minutes with questions. She asked me the five questions asked a few things about my résumé and then sent me on my way. That took seven minutes. When I went into the room to interview I can already feel her Personna that I was wasting her time. I even have the education and experience to do the job. But I felt because of that she did not feel I would be a good enough candidate.
