Pre interview was simple. She asked about work history. She asked if i knew what a modem and router is. She spoke on training and scheduling hours as well. She asked if there was a time i went above and beyond for a client. She asked how would i deal with an irate customer.

Absolutely unprofessional behavior from the Charter/Spectrum staff. A "senior recruiter" reached out to me via email about a position I applied for and I excitedly answered back showing my interest in the position and the company itself. She got back to me in a timely fashion asking for specific times I was available to discuss my experiences and to discuss the position further. After giving her a few dates and times, crickets for over a day. I should have known from then that this would be a waste of time but she finally got back to me with a date and time that supposedly worked for her. After giving confirmation that the time worked along with my number, nothing came out of it. The time for the interview came and went. No one called me at the allotted time and even after reaching out to see if something was wrong, I received absolutely no response. If you enjoy wasting your time, then by all means apply to a job here but I now know to avoid it at all costs.

Simply. Took a few weeks but they got back to me and kept me updated the whole time during the process. Would recommend to any friend or family member. Went ahead and accepted.
