Spectrum Customer Service (CSR) interview questions

I signed up for a hiring event. I then received an email to submit an application online and complete the assessment. The assessment was pretty straightforward including things that you would run into on the job. I then attended the hiring event, it started with a tour and then I was interviewed. It was very laid back and relaxed. From there, I talked with a recruiter and was extended an offer right away.

It went very fast! Put my resume in on Friday. Phone screen on Monday. Interview on Wednesday. The recruiter was very quick to respond to any questions I had. I did hear they are constantly hiring, so that did help me relax for the 1:1 interview
