Performs all the essential duties and responsibilities of a Customer Service Representative. Assists Customer Care Professionals answering questions and/or providing coaching to ensure specialists understand troubleshooting, all products and services, and has strong knowledge of policies and procedures.
Works with Supervisors to ensure Team and Customer Care Professional development.
Assists in handling escalated problem-solving issues and difficult customer calls, while working with the management team.
Assists in identifying call driver activity and real time agent efficiencies.
Assists in building team environment.
Performs other duties as assigned.

Had to fill out a application, take a Customer Service Representative assessment test to make sure I was qualified, got an interview, interview went absolutely great the first time! The guy interviewing me made me feel absolutely comfortable and said I would be an amazing candidate, come back for a second interview and it's two people and they are absolutely so stern, no emotions, just asking me question after question and making me feel extremely uncomfortable so I got anxious and they decided not to hire me because of that, I was extremely disappointed and felt like my time was wasted
