Spectrum Customer Service Representative (CSR) interview questions

I was brought into a room to speak with a manager of HR and to go over some of the previous jobs that I've worked that were on my resume. We went over each job individually and I was asked why I parted ways with each of them. I was asked to sale a pen to someone to test my customer service/sales pitch skills.
