I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Spectrum (Denver, CO) in Apr 2019
Interview
I had a quick technical phone screening with some basic/fundamental questions about different skills listed on my resume (mostly programming). After that, was given a pretty easy take-home assessment. Then, had a final technical interview via Skype. During this final interview we shared screens while I was asked to code very basic things in languages of my choice (for loops, arrays, etc.).

I applied online. I interviewed at Spectrum (San Antonio, TX) in Jun 2018
Interview
Very accessible. I submitted my resume online and received a request for an interview within less than a week. The hiring manager was very professional and the interview itself was very simple. As long as you stay prepared and demonstrate your interest, you will be fine!
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Spectrum (Irwindale, CA)
Interview
I was interviewed by a real odd ball at the Irwindale office. Escorted me down this long dark hallway, his office was way at the end. All dark, no one there, just him. No one at that company had any courtesy to respond back, which tells you a lot about how they treat their customers. Two weeks later I accepted a position elsewhere, but I get the culture that if this company couldn't give a hoot about new hires, they treat their employees even worse. The bad voodoo started as soon as I stepped into that place.
