Spectrum interview questions

Received a call from a recruiter for a phone interview: went over background and job experience. Shortly after schedule a 1:1 interview with manager, she liked me enough to meet with the entire team. I was told I would hear something back in a week. Never received any form of communication back until I checked the status in the talent website that I was no longer being considered. Recruiter stop responding and never even received a rejection letter. Terrible company and Terrible Human Resources group

Received a phone call at the beginning of February that they were interested. Follow up call about a week later with a preliminary interview, then an in-person, in-depth interview about a week and a half later. Interview itself wasn't difficult, just holding good conversation and selling yourself a bit. Met with direct hiring employee, and her senior. Received a call later in the week that I was offered a position.
