Did an online application within a week later received an email to forward my resume & contact information. After completing that step, I received a phone call for a phone interview. Phone interview consisted of basic behavior questions and background information. Make sure you build a rapport with the interviewers & Ask questions. Phone interview lasted for 30 mins, & was informed to schedule an in person interview for the following day. Arrived to the interview 30 mins early. Was greeted by the recruiter & was interviewed by 2 recruiters. Interview lasted for about 35 mins. Mostly same questions that were asked during phone interview. Was informed that I would here back from someone within 48 hrs. Received call with offer call the next morning. **ITS IMPORTANT TO ROLE PLAY & PRESENT YOU SKILLS TO THE INTERVIEWS! Show them that you have the skills that it takes, and maybe ask personal questions referring to why did they choose to work for the company!**

Sat Down with both the assistant manager and the branch manager. They were both nice and candid about the job offer.They expressed their expectations and I let them know I was eager to start. They definitely llet me know that the company was moving towards a more retail approach and that they had recently added mobile sales to the product offerings.
