I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Spectrum (Columbus, OH) in Oct 2018
Interview
Received a call from a recruiter who then set up an interview for the following week. Once I got to the interview, I was interviewed by 2 other members of the sales team since the initial interviewer was unavailable.
I knew I had not gotten the position as they were not impressed with the call center I was coming from. They wanted to know a lot about how my current job's metrics and what role I played in coaching, training, lowering said metrics.
I can confirm what another individual said about the people interviewing you continually on cell phones through out the interview. I think they already knew what they were looking for coming though the door and I didn't have a chance.

Question 1
Tell me about a time when you had to coach an agent to a specific directive.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Spectrum (New York, NY) in Jun 2018
Interview
It was a very length process. I had a phone call with the HR recruiter, phone call with the hiring manager, and then met in person with the hiring manager, and 3 other higher-ups. The whole thing from initial HR call to starting at Spectrum took about 3 months.
However, I need to give a huge shout out to Matt Schaap who was amazing throughout my process. He was patient and gave great feedback.
I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Spectrum (New York, NY)
Interview
I applied online, but could not complete the assessment, because I don't have a computer. That probably eliminates a lot of candidates. The next day I received an email from a recruiter telling me to complete the assessment as soon as possible, as the next training class was filling up quickly. Normally I wouldn't bother, but I really need to work, and figured this was a sure thing, so the next day I used my sister's computer to take the assessment. The assessment isn't difficult. Keep it professional. Select the answers that show empathy and patience, but without getting personal. The next day I received a call from a recruiter for a phone interview. I then scheduled a phone interview for 3 days later. The interview went well. It was very conversational, which made it less stressful than most interviews. It included the typical behavioral questions. You may have to role play. The next day I got an offer. I accepted, and the onboarding process began about two hours later. It is all done online. You will need to consent to a background check. and take a drug test within forty-eight hours. I completed everything immediately, and I got word that I was cleared to start four days later. The sooner you are cleared, the more shift choices you will have, so don't procrastinate.
